PRESCOTT VALLEY - Movies on the big screen, refreshments, a Rain Dance and heaps of information on conservation and sustainability highlighted the second annual Earth Day Celebration in Prescott Valley.

Day one of the event, that took place on Tuesday, April 21, at the Northern Arizona University/Yavapai College campus, featured everything from educational information to the unveiling of a solar charging bench.

The college's lead faculty member for its Community Development and Sustainability Program opened the event to a room full of presenters, students and visitors.
