Jane Smith, Topeka, and John Doehi, Lawrence, were married January 9th, at Sixth Avenue Ballroom in Topeka, with the Rev. Don Smith officiating.
The bride is the daughter of David and Teresa Smith, Topeka.
The groom is the son of George Doeh and Pat Doeh, both of Lawrence.
Maid of honor was Stacy Gordon. Best man was Rod Green. Bridesmaids were Sarah Bean, April Rain, Nikki Noa, Mariah Chevera and Taylor Lautner. Groomsmen were Dave Star and Steven Doeh.
A reception followed at Sixth Avenue Ballroom.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Olathe South High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Kansas University in 2008 and is employed at Hill's Pet Nutrition.
The groom is a 1994 graduate of Lawrence High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from KU in 1998 and is employed at Hilltop Child Development Center.
The couple reside in Lawrence.
